Job Description

We are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager in Cape Town, to start  at an international super-fast growing tech company, which is revolutionising hoteliers around the globe. They were awarded the world’s best Hotel Management System for 2 years in a row and empowers hoteliers to run their property way more effectively. Their growing team of 71 heads is working from 10 offices all over the world!

Job Overview:

Your role:

You will be responsible to ensure that English speaking hoteliers are using the Hotel Management System with absolute happiness!

You will be accountable for:

  • Training hoteliers in using the Hotel Management System to their best advantage on all possible touch points

  • Proactively calling hoteliers to convince them of the added value of our additional paid features

  • Fun & productive collaboration with our other teams, specifically your English team mates.

  • Creating video & written content to teach our hoteliers in all possible topics so they can use the Hotel Management System in the most self-sufficient way

You are/have:

  • a Dutch Speaker on a native level

  • Hotel (front-desk/reservations) experience

  • Patient and empathetic towards others, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with emotions and not afraid to upsell

  • Motivated working in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritisation abilities

  • Drive to revolutionise hoteliers worldwide

  • Self-motivated & ability to deliver under pressure

  • Team-player

  • Organised and great eye for detail

  • Affection for both international business & tech
